Have you considered refacing your existing kitchen cabinets? If your cabinets are in good structural shape, then you can save a lot of money by painting your existing cabinets and replacing old doors and hardware. And, perhaps, replacing drawers with new ones.
Pictures below show kitchen renovation in Kitchener Waterloo, refacing old cabinet doors with Stepped Shaker MDF ones. Painted with BM Cabinet Coat Cloud White. New Oil Bronze door handles are installed. Drawers are replaced, new unit with 3 large drawers added. Old light structures are removed and updated with modern LED pot lights. Ceiling is repaired and 5″ crown molding added.
